Raffy Tan for Bits of Rocks' 5TH Year Blog Anniversary!

Raffy Tan is one of the finalists of the first season of "Pinoy Big Loser" together with Hazel Chua. The said reality show aired in ABS-CBN in 2011.   

Just like Hazel, Raffy is also expressing his greetings to Bits of Rocks for reaching its 5TH Year Birthday. Here he is: 

After the reality show, Raffy focused on health and fitness work. He is now one of the fitness and health coach of Medicard Metafit Bootcamp program. He is working together with Pinoy Big Loser  co-finalist Hazel.

Raffy also shared to me some of the healthy and fitness tips. He even revealed the secret of having a sexy abs. I'll share them all to you in my upcoming posts.
